Day 2 – Mediterranean Coastline

We’ll start by driving to the Roman city of Caesarea, where Paul was imprisoned for two years, and the Holy Spirit descended on the Gentiles (Acts 10).
Next, we’ll continue to the scenic city of Haifa, located on Mount Carmel, a fertile mountain where Prophet Elijah defeated the Pagan prophets (1kings, 18).
We’ll visit The Bahai Gardens, a shrine with a breath-taking view, and undoubtedly, one of Israel’s pearls.
After lunch, we’ll head to the ancient city of Megiddo, where the battle of Armageddon is supposed to happen according to the Bible.

We’ll conclude this day and drive to our new hotel for dinner and rest.

Day 3 – Sea of Galilee

The first site we’ll visit is the Mount of Beatitudes, where Jesus is believed to have delivered the Sermon on the Mount (Matthew 5).
Then, we’ll travel to the Church of Multiplication – a beautifully decorated 5th-century church with a stunning mosaic floor. Here, Jesus fed the 5000 people with 5 loaves of bread and two fish (Matthew 14).
Afterward, we’ll visit the Church of Peter’s Primacy, where Jesus appeared before his disciples after the resurrection and instructed Peter “Feed my lambs… Tend my sheep… Feed my sheep” (John 21).
Next, we’ll drive to the ancient town of Capernaum, titled “The Town of Jesus.” We’ll explore the remains of the lavish synagogue and will visit the house of Peter’s mother-in-law, while recounting the miracles that were performed here.
Our next activity is a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, where we’ll get a chance to meditate and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area.
After lunch, we’ll visit the recently discovered archaeological gem named Magdala, famous for being the hometown of Mary Magdalene. We’ll see the amazingly preserved synagogue, marketplace, and harbor that testify of its glorious heyday.
Our last stop is the Yardenit – a baptismal site on the Jordan River. Here, we’ll have the opportunity to reconnect with the Biblical event of Jesus’s baptism and baptize in the Jordan River.

We’ll conclude the day and return to the hotel for dinner and rest.

Day 4 – Nazareth and Cana

After breakfast, we’ll travel to Nazareth – the hometown of Jesus, and the largest Arab city in Israel.
We’ll stop at Mount of Precipice – the traditional spot where the people of Nazareth wanted to throw Jesus off the cliff (Luke 4).
Next, we’ll proceed to Nazareth Village – a recreated town of ancient Nazareth, which offers a window into the Galilean life at the time of Jesus.  We’ll proceed to the Basilica of Annunciation, where Mary received the announcement that she will conceive and bear a son.
After lunch, we’ll drive to the town of Cana, famous for being the site where Jesus performed the first miracle, changing water into wine (John 2)

We’ll conclude the day and return to the hotel for dinner and rest.

Day 5 – Jordan Valley

After checkout, we’ll travel to the ancient city of Beit Shean. Here, we’ll find magnificent remains that attest to the city’s significance as the head of the Decapolis region.
Next, we’ll travel to the Gideon Spring – a natural spring, where the 300 men were selected to fight against the Midianites (Judges 7).
After lunch, we’ll drive along the wilderness, passing Jericho – the oldest city in the world, and will stop for a camel ride – the ultimate Bedouin experience.
We’ll begin ascending to Jerusalem, finally reaching the Holy City.

We’ll conclude this day and drive to our new hotel for dinner and rest. 

Day 6 – Old Jerusalem

We’ll start off by traveling to Mount of Olives, where we’ll enjoy the famous panoramic view of Jerusalem.
We’ll travel down the Palm Sunday Road and visit the Garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus prayed “O my father, if this cup cannot pass away from Me unless I drink it, Your will be done” (Matthew 26).
Next, we’ll drive to Mount Zion and visit the Upper Room, believed to be the location of the Last Supper; Tomb of King David – a synagogue that houses the tomb of the Glorious King; and the Dormition Abbey – a German-Catholic church that commemorates the spot where Mary fell into eternal sleep.
After lunch, we’ll stroll through the alleys of the Jewish Quarter and see the Roman Cardo,  the Broad Wall, and the restored Golden Menorah.
Then, we’ll proceed to the City of David, where David conquered Jebus and Jeremiah was held in the pit. Many Old Testament events unfold, as we take a walk among the palace remains and go down the Warren’s Shaft.
 Our last stop is at the Israel Museum, where we’ll get a glance at the Dead Sea Scrolls – the oldest biblical manuscripts in the world, and the Model of Jerusalem during the Second Temple period 

We’ll conclude the day and return to the hotel for dinner and rest. 

Day 7 – Old Jerusalem (continued)

Our first site is the Temple Mount, where the first and the second Jewish Temples used to stand. Nowadays, it is a large Muslim complex with two famous shrines – Dome of the Rock and Al-Aksa Mosque.
Next, we’ll visit the Western Wall – the main place of worship for the Jewish people. Following an old tradition, visitors are welcome to leave a prayer note at the wall.
We’ll proceed to the Western Wall Tunnels, which offer a magnificent look at the long-hidden structures adjacent to the Temple Mount. Our next visit is the Pools of Bethesda & St. Anne’s Church, which commemorates the birthplace of Mary and is known for its acoustics, while the pools are the site where Jesus healed the lame man on a Sabbath day (John 5).
We’ll continue to the Via Dolorosa. Composed of 14 stations, this is the traditional road where pilgrims can relate to the passion of Christ.
We’ll keep on walking until we reach the Holy Sepulchre Church.
This is the most important church in the world and is the celebrated site of the crucifixion, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. 

We’ll conclude the day and return to the hotel for dinner and rest. 

Day 8 – New Jerusalem and Bethlehem

We’ll start off with Yad Vashem – Israel’s official Holocaust memorial that bears witness to one of the darkest times in Jewish history. We will make our way to the main museum; the well-arranged exhibitions and endless testimonies will leave you speechless.
Next, we’ll drive to Ein Karem. Located in the hill country of Judea, here, we’ll visit two churches –Church of John the Baptist – the birthplace of St. John, and the Church of Visitation, where Mary met Elizabeth when both were pregnant (Luke 1).
After lunch, we’ll travel to the biblical city of Bethlehem. We visit the Nativity Church, the birthplace of Jesus, which is a 4th-century church, currently shared by three denominations.
Our final stop is at the Shepherd’s Field, where the angel appeared before the shepherds, bearing the good news that the Savior is born (Luke 2).

We’ll conclude the day and return to the hotel for dinner and rest.

Day 9 – Masada and the Dead Sea

We’ll start off by traveling to the Judean Desert and visit Masada – a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This magnificent fortress, built by King Herod, served as the arena for the final battle of the Great Jewish Revolt.
Next, we’ll travel to Ein Gedi – a heavenly nature reserve abundant with waterfalls, flora, fauna, trails, and history that goes back to the time of King David.
Our last stop is the Dead Sea – the lowest place in the world. Its buoyant waters are abundant with minerals and offer an excellent opportunity to enjoy a natural open-air spa.

We’ll conclude the day and return to the hotel for dinner and rest. 

Day 10 – Departure

After checking out of the hotel, we’ll travel to the airport to catch your flight back home.
